Our Policies
It is our desire to provide the safest most enjoyable environment for your fur baby and in order to do this we have the following policies in place to ensure all dogs that stay with us have a wonderful time while providing each of you with the peace of mind that you deserve.
Age
All dogs must be at least 1 by time of boarding.
Kennel Trained (Optional)
Unlike many places, we are a free range home as long as your comfortable with your pets safety. If you would like to bring your kennel for safety concerns or your pets comfort level, please do so.
Spayed and Neutered
We request that all dogs that book through this site must be either spayed or neutered at time of booking and have successfully healed since surgery. Special requests can be made if needed, but is limited to owners discretion and may result in additional charges.
Potty Training
All dogs that stay with us must be potty trained.
Size
Due to limitations of personnel, we can not except any dogs over 100 lbs at this time.

Daily Rates
Normal price per day is $50 per dog. A day consists of a 24 hour period that is established between you and us and begins at the start of the designated pick-up time window. See extended care rates if boarding exceeds that window.

Holiday Rates
Holiday Rates are subject to change. Current rates per pet are $60 per night as long as a holiday occurs on one of the days requested. For example, if a request is made for Dec. 22-28, each day will be a charge of $60 per dog per night for Christmas holiday. Holidays that will be considered for these rates are as follows:

Extended Care Rates
Clients will be required to select a pick-up/ drop-off time range when booking request. This range is a two hour block during which time you will be required to drop off/ pickup your pup on those respective dates. This is based on a 24 hour day rotation (e.g., if dropped off between 9-11am then 9-11am is also pick up time on day of pick-up. In the event that you need to pick up your pup later than this time, it can be requested for a later time but the extended care rate would apply. This also applies if you are unable to pick-up your pup at the designated and agreed to time and the pickup time is after the 2 hour window for pick-up. This rate varies based on how much additional time is required for care.
If the extended care is more than 2 hours but doesn't exceed 8 additional hours, clients will pay an additional amount that is 50% of your nightly rate. If the extended care is more than 8 additional hours, clients will be charged an entire additional day at that current nightly rate.
Cancellations
Cancellations outside of 72 hours of scheduled drop off time may request a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and before 48 hours may be eligible to receive a 80% refund. Cancellations between 48 to 24 hours may be eligible to receive a 50% refund. However, all cancellations within 24 hours of initial drop off time will not be eligible for any refund due to limited availability of spots and difficulty to fill vacancies on a short notice.
